When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password (stored securely by our authentication provider, never in plain text). As you use the site, we record which puzzles you've attempted, whether you solved them, how many tries it took, and how long you took — this powers your stats and rating on your profile. If you contact us through the About page, we store your name, email, and message.
Cookies and local storage
We use your browser's local storage to remember your solve-timer preference across visits. We use cookies to keep you logged in between page loads. If you see advertisements on this site, our advertising partners (such as Google) may use cookies to show ads relevant to your interests — you can control ad personalization through your Google Ad Settings.
Third-party services
We use Supabase to store account and puzzle-progress data, and Vercel to host the site. If ads are present, Google AdSense may serve them and collect data as described in Google's Partner Sites policy.
Your choices
You can use the site without an account — puzzle solving works for everyone, but progress and ratings are only saved for signed-in users. To delete your account and associated data, contact us through the About page and we'll process the request.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
